Couples seeking a clean, efficient stay

I had a solid experience staying here, especially the warm welcome from Lameka at the front desk. The room was clean and the location was perfect for access to local restaurants and shops.

It wasn't inexpensive by any means, but given the quality, I'd say it was fair enough.

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to St Johns Town Center, making it just a short walk for shopping and dining. I enjoyed a lovely stroll through Big Island Swamp which is only a few steps away from the hotel. ideal for a weekend traveler like me who enjoys exploring parks and local eateries.

The staff was super helpful! The room was comfy and clean, and I even got a late check-out. The snack bar was a nice touch too. The only bummer was that the fridge didn’t get cold enough for my food.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my two-night stay. The King Room was spacious, but I faced a plumbing issue that the staff didn't resolve in time. Breakfast offered a simple selection. I recommend trying nearby restaurants for more variety. Would definitely return if the service improves.

I loved starting my mornings with the best Lavazza coffee and enjoying the delicious yogurt with dried blueberries and granola at breakfast. The hotel offers nice amenities like a cozy lounge area and a cool gym for some workouts. Just a heads-up, the parking spots were a bit tight, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

The location of the hotel is superb. Dining and shopping options are abundant and just steps away.

The bed platform that holds the bed is dangerous.

my stay at tru by hilton was fantastic! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and super clean. i loved the 24/7 fitness center and all the snacks available in the lobby. the continental breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day!

I enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton in Jacksonville. The modern design and the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. Although the room lacked a microwave, the amenities were satisfactory and the location offered convenience. Waking up to a good breakfast added to my experience.
